This course will provide students with a thorough knowledge of group dynamics. The course is designed to teach and encourage basic leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and develop a trusting, close relationship among peer leaders.

After an appropriate orientation and introduction period, peer leaders begin meeting with the freshmen groups on a weekly basis. This provides peer leaders with a firsthand opportunity to utilize the skills learned in this course. The freshman-peer leader group sessions are evaluated by the freshmen, peer leaders and the peer teachers.

This year's peer leader teachers are Ms. Hrabar, Ms. Lindsay and Mr. Reilly. The coordinator is Ms. Aiken.
