As part of the tradition of Catholic Schools Week, NHS members headed the Teacher Appreciation Project for 2010. Led by seniors Katie Franklin, Brenna Kelly, Nicole Iannarone, Kate Kacani, and Alyssa Welsh, the project involved collecting and distributing gifts for all of the BGA teachers and staff. In the theme of our ‘SOUP-er faculty’, presents including soup, crackers and a soup cup were given out on January 25th. “I think it’s Important that we take opportunities to acknowledge the faculty and administration’s incredible dedication,” Says team leader Katie Franklin. “They really are SOUP-er.”
