Congratulations BGA!! The Commission on Secondary Schools of the Middle States Association has officially granted Bishop George Ahr High School accreditation for the period May 1, 2008 to May 1, 2015!!

Satoma Wins Award

Bishop George Ahr High School's student-produced newspaper, Satoma, has been named one of the seven best high school publications in the country by the American Scholastic Press Association.

Out of hundreds of applicants from across the country, only seven high school newspapers were selected for the award. In addition, Satoma is the only New Jersey newspaper to receive the top honor.

The Satoma also received a First Place with Special Merit Certificate, which recognizes scholastic publications that are outstanding in publication and design.
